Zoho One implementation, built around your process
Zoho One bundles dozens of business apps under one licence. The value comes from connecting the right ones around how your business really runs, not from switching them all on.
The problem it solves
Most companies that buy Zoho One end up using a fraction of it, with each department configuring its own app in isolation. Sales lives in CRM, HR in People, finance in Books, and the data still gets copied between them by hand.
A good implementation fixes that by designing the flow of work and data first: who creates a record, who approves it, where it goes next, and what leadership needs to see at the end.
What's included
Discovery & process mapping
Workshops with each department to map current processes, pain points and hand-offs.
Solution design
Which apps, which modules, data ownership, approval rules and integrations, documented before anything is configured.
Configuration
Layouts, fields, blueprints, workflows and roles set up to match the agreed design.
Automation with Deluge
Custom functions and cross-app automation where standard workflows aren't enough.
Integrations & migration
Connecting Zoho apps to each other and to external systems, and moving existing data in cleanly.
Training & adoption
Role-based training, documentation and hands-on support through the first weeks of live use.
How an engagement runs
- Discover: map processes, systems and data across departments.
- Design: agree the target process, app landscape and a phased plan.
- Build: configure and automate in short iterations with regular demos.
- Migrate & test: load data, test with real scenarios, fix gaps.
- Go live & adopt: train users, support the first weeks, then hand over.
Larger rollouts are usually phased by department, so each group goes live on a stable base instead of everything changing at once.

Questions
How long does a Zoho One implementation take?
It depends on how many departments and apps are in scope. A single-department rollout can go live in weeks; a multi-department rollout is usually phased over a few months. A clear timeline is agreed after discovery.
Do we need to use every Zoho One app?
No. Zoho One licensing includes many apps, but the implementation should focus on the ones that solve real problems now, with a roadmap for the rest.
Can you work with our existing Zoho setup?
Yes. Many engagements start with an audit of an existing setup, then clean up and extend it rather than starting over.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Most work is remote, with workshops over video. On-site sessions in Pune can be arranged when useful.
