Solution architect and technology consultant based in Pune, with more than 15 years in software engineering, product development and consulting.
Background
I started as a software engineer building web applications and CRM systems, then moved into architecture: designing platforms, leading engineering teams and owning delivery end to end.
Along the way I've worked across CRM, HRMS, ERP, education, hosting and manufacturing, on everything from automation platforms for infrastructure operations to multi-tenant SaaS and Zoho One rollouts.
What I believe
The software is rarely the hard part. Getting the process clear is. Most failed implementations fail because nobody agreed how the work should flow before the tool was configured.
So I start with the business problem, simplify the process, and only then choose the platform, whether that's Zoho, an ERP, a custom build, or a mix. I'd rather recommend a smaller, simpler solution that gets used than a large one that doesn't.
